22VPN Terms and Conditions

1. General

22SERVICE LLC-FZ is a free-zone limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("22Service", "we", "us", or "our"). 22Service acts as the data controller and provider of the 22VPN application and related services.

We operate the 22VPN account services and the website available at 22vpn.app (the "Website"), as well as the 22VPN application (the "App") distributed through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE "TERMS" OR "AGREEMENT") REGULATE THE USE OF THE 22VPN ACCOUNT, THE WEBSITE, AND THE APP, AND CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR, IF THE ACCOUNT IS USED BY OR FOR AN ENTITY, AN ENTITY — "YOU", "YOUR", THE "USER") AND 22SERVICE LLC-FZ (OWNER OF ALL RIGHTS TO 22VPN — THE "RIGHTHOLDER"). READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ACCOUNT, THE WEBSITE, OR THE APP.

BY REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT, OR BY ACCESSING OR USING THE ACCOUNT, THE WEBSITE, OR THE APP, OR BY PRESSING A BUTTON INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, DO NOT REGISTER AN ACCOUNT AND DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE ACCOUNT, THE WEBSITE, OR THE APP.

22Service may modify these Terms from time to time without prior notification. For important changes, the amendment may be communicated to you by email and/or by publishing the updated Terms on the Account or the Website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms. You will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms by your continued use of the Account, the Website, or the App after the date such revised Terms are published.

These Terms work together with, and incorporate by reference:

The 22VPN Privacy Policy available at 22vpn.app
The 22VPN End User License Agreement (EULA)
The applicable platform terms — the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple App Store Review Guidelines (for iOS), and the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play Developer Program Policies (for Android).

2. The Account, the Website, and the App

(1) The Account

22Service provides the Account to help you manage your user account, manage your purchased subscriptions, and configure 22VPN.

(2) The Website

22Service provides the Website to promote 22VPN, enable account management, and provide you with information about using 22VPN.

(3) The App

22Service provides 22VPN as a downloadable application via the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Your use of the App is also governed by the platform's terms (Apple or Google), which apply in addition to these Terms.

(4) Your use of the Account, the Website, and the App

22Service hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to connect, access, and use the Account, the Website, and the App within the scope of their functionality, provided that you comply with all requirements, restrictions, and terms specified in these Terms, the EULA, and the applicable platform terms.

(5) User registration

To use the Account, you are required to register using your email address and a password. A valid email address must be provided. Alternatively, you may sign up using a third-party account such as Google, Apple ID, or Facebook.

You may access and use the Website without registering an Account.

(6) Limitations on availability

The Account, the Website, and the App are not intended to be used by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such use is contrary to applicable legislation, or which would subject 22Service to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction. Persons or entities who use the Account, Website, or App from such locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the laws of the United Arab Emirates governing the use of VPN services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

(1) Content

22Service is the owner of, or the licensee of, all intellectual property rights in and to the content of the Account, the Website, and the App, including all source or object code, scripts, databases, functionality, software, computer programs, techniques, improvements, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, concepts, formulas, processes, documentation, trade secrets, trademarks, service marks, logos, and any other copyrighted works, excluding those owned by third parties.

Modifying, reverse engineering, copying, reproducing, aggregating, republishing, uploading, encoding, selling, licensing, distributing to unauthorized parties, or otherwise exploiting the Account, the Website, or the App for any purpose not expressly authorized by 22Service in writing is strictly prohibited.

(2) Trademarks

"22VPN" and "22Service" and any associated logos are trademarks of 22SERVICE LLC-FZ. You are not granted any right to use these trademarks except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

4. Restrictions

By registering an Account and by using the Website or the App, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You have the legal capacity, and you agree to comply with these Terms.
(b) You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, and you are at least 18 years of age.
(c) You will not decipher, decompile, disassemble, modify, reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, encode, license, rent, lease, loan, distribute to unauthorized parties, export, or sell access to the Account, the Website, or the App.
(d) You will not utilize framing techniques to enclose 22Service logos, trademarks, author attribution, or copyright notices.
(e) You will not use automated agents or inject scripts to create multiple accounts, generate automated requests, scrape, strip, or mine data from the Account, the Website, or the App.
(f) You will not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features, including features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use.
(g) You will not scan or test the Account, the Website, or the App for vulnerabilities, conduct penetration tests, disclose vulnerabilities to third parties, or use vulnerability information to compromise the security of our services.
(h) You will not interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on our services or the networks connected to them.
(i) You will not defame, disparage, or perform other acts that in our opinion are harmful to 22Service or our services.
(j) You will not hide, conceal, or obscure any part of our services via HTML/CSS, scripting, or any other means.
(k) You will not use the Account, the Website, or the App for any unauthorized or illegal purpose under applicable international, national, or local laws — including any laws of the United Arab Emirates or your country of residence that restrict or prohibit the use of VPN services for unlawful activities.
(l) Your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
(m) You will not use our services to compete with 22Service or for any revenue-generating venture beyond the intended purpose of your subscription.
(n) You will not use another person's email address or impersonate another person when registering.
(o) You will not create accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
(p) You are not domiciled in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes.
(q) You are not a person, and you are not acting on behalf of a person or company, to which provision of our services is prohibited by export control laws or national security controls.

Any use in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms and may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Account, the App, and any associated subscriptions.

5. Purchasing Subscriptions to 22VPN

(1) Where you can purchase

22VPN subscriptions are available exclusively through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. We do not sell subscriptions directly through our Website.

Upon making a purchase, you pay for a subscription that allows you to activate 22VPN on the number of devices and for the period specified at the time of purchase.

(2) Merchants of Record

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, Apple Inc. (or its applicable regional entity) is the Merchant of Record. Apple handles payment processing, customer service for billing inquiries, and refund requests under Apple's policies.
For purchases made through the Google Play Store, Google LLC (or its applicable regional entity) is the Merchant of Record. Google handles payment processing, customer service for billing inquiries, and refund requests under Google Play's policies.

(3) Payment options

Payment options depend on your location and the platform you purchase from, and may include:

Apple Pay (via the Apple App Store)
Google Pay (via the Google Play Store)
Any other payment method offered by Apple or Google in your region (e.g., credit card, carrier billing, gift cards) under their respective policies

22Service does not directly process credit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method. All payment processing is handled by Apple or Google.

(4) Auto-renewal

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, meaning your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the end of each subscription period to renew your subscription, until you cancel.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time and at no additional cost:

iOS / Apple App Store: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → 22VPN → Cancel Subscription.
Android / Google Play Store: Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → 22VPN → Cancel.

Your paid subscription will remain valid until the end of its current term, after which it will not be renewed. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

(5) Special offers and trials

Free trials and introductory discounts (when offered) apply only to the first subscription term.
After expiration of a discounted or trial subscription, the renewal will be charged at the full standard price applicable at the time of renewal.
Apple and Google notify subscribers of upcoming renewals in accordance with their respective platform policies.

(6) Taxes

Sales tax, VAT, or any equivalent applicable tax may be added to the price as required by law. Apple and Google calculate and collect such taxes as part of the purchase process.

(7) Pricing changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any change to renewal pricing will be communicated through Apple or Google in accordance with their platform policies before the change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree with a new price.

(8) Refusal of purchases

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or limit purchases, including purchases by or under the same Account, the same payment method, or that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. 22SERVICE LLC-FZ does not offer refunds for any subscription purchases, renewals, or in-app purchases.

We strongly encourage you to use the free version of 22VPN before subscribing to ensure the service meets your expectations.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused portions of any subscription period.
Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
Because all subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google under their respective policies. 22Service has no authority to issue refunds on behalf of these platforms.
Where a refund is required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you (including, where applicable, UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection), we will comply with those laws to the extent required, but otherwise the no-refund policy applies in full.

Service availability in the United Arab Emirates

This application does not operate within the United Arab Emirates, and its use or subscription purchase from within the UAE is prohibited.

Partial refunds and upgrades

We do not grant partial refunds for subscription upgrades, prolongations, or unused subscription time. Any partial-refund request that falls outside Apple's or Google's policies is at the sole discretion of 22Service.

7. Data Processing

(1) 22VPN Privacy Policy

22Service processes very limited user data and operates under a strong Privacy Policy that explains in detail how we handle your personal data in relation to your use of the Account, the Website, and the App.

By accessing and using the Account, the Website, or the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of data processing set out in our Privacy Policy, available at 22vpn.app.

(2) Data processed when you use your Account

To perform our obligations under these Terms and to provide the Account's functionality, we will process certain data, which may be treated as personal data under applicable law:

(a) To register your Account, we process your email address and your password (stored as a hash).
(b) If you register using a third-party account (Google, Apple ID, Facebook), we process an authentication token that proves your identity. We do not request or have access to your third-party account credentials.
(c) To enable subscription management, we process your email address to inform you of your subscription status and to provide customer support.
(d) Your payment information is processed exclusively by Apple or Google (depending on your platform). We do not see or store your payment card details.
(e) To keep you informed about the operation and new features of our services, we may process your email address.
(f) To receive newsletters and promotional emails, you may opt in. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing in your Account settings or via the unsubscribe link in our emails.

(3) Data processing when you use the App

Data processing during use of 22VPN is governed by our Privacy Policy and the platform-specific privacy notices for iOS and Android.

8. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Account, the Website, and the App may contain links to other websites or services owned and/or operated by third parties (including Apple, Google, and others).

22Service is not responsible for the content, terms of use, or data processing practices of third-party websites and services. You should independently review their terms and privacy policies. Visiting third-party websites and using third-party services is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

9. Modifications, Availability, and Management

Changes to and availability

22Service reserves the right to modify, change, update, or discontinue provision of the Account, the Website, or the App without notice at any time at our sole discretion. We cannot guarantee continuous availability due to hardware or software failures, internet service provider outages, app-store restrictions, or maintenance work.

22Service will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of our services. Nothing in these Terms obligates us to maintain or support our services or to supply corrections, updates, or releases.

Management

22Service reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

(a) Monitor the Account for violations of these Terms.
(b) Take appropriate legal action in the event of a violation of applicable law or these Terms, including reporting to law enforcement authorities.
(c) Refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable your Account or any portion thereof.
(d) Otherwise manage the Account to protect our rights and property and to ensure the proper operation of our services.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

By accessing and using the Account, the Website, or the App, you expressly agree:

(a) YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. 22SERVICE AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND PARTNERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. 22SERVICE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES ARE ERROR-FREE OR WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. THE SERVICES ARE NOT DESIGNED, INTENDED, OR LICENSED FOR USE IN HAZARDOUS OR HIGH-RISK ENVIRONMENTS REQUIRING FAIL-SAFE CONTROLS.
(b) IF APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES ANY WARRANTIES, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO SIXTY (60) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE SERVICES.
(c) NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY 22SERVICE OR ITS PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY.
(d) 22SERVICE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY IF THE APP HAS BEEN ALTERED IN ANY WAY OR FOR ANY FAILURE THAT ARISES OUT OF USE WITH OTHER THAN A RECOMMENDED HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION.
(e) 22SERVICE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE INSTALLED BY YOU, INTENTIONALLY OR INADVERTENTLY, INCLUDING SOFTWARE OBTAINED FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN THE OFFICIAL APPLE APP STORE OR GOOGLE PLAY STORE.
(f) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT YOUR PARTICULAR USE OF THE APP DOES NOT VIOLATE APPLICABLE LAW, THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, OR YOUR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS TO THIRD PARTIES.

11. Limitation of Liability

(a) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER 22SERVICE NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR PARTNERS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, COVER, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF 22SERVICE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
(b) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 22SERVICE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ACTUAL DAMAGES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO 22SERVICE (OR TO APPLE OR GOOGLE FOR YOUR 22VPN SUBSCRIPTION) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
(c) THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY TO ALL ASPECTS OF THESE TERMS.

12. Term and Termination

(1) Term

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect until terminated as described in this section.

(2) Termination by you

You have the right to terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your Account via Account settings. We may ask you to confirm the deletion by entering your password.

If you confirm the deletion of your Account:

(a) We will delete all information associated with your Account, including your email address. You will no longer receive emails from us, and you will not be able to sign in again.
(b) Your active 22VPN subscription, if any, will continue under the terms set by Apple or Google until the end of its paid period or until you cancel it through the relevant platform. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your auto-renewing subscription with Apple or Google — you must cancel it through the platform's settings.
(c) If you signed up via a third-party account and have not yet confirmed your account, you will be required to set a password first.

(3) Termination by 22Service for good cause

22Service reserves the right to terminate these Terms and provision of services to you for good cause. We will provide you with thirty (30) business days' notice prior to termination where reasonably possible.

(4) Termination by 22Service due to your breach

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, 22SERVICE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES IN CASE OF YOUR MATERIAL BREACH OF THESE TERMS OR APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. IF SUCH BREACH IS NOT CURED WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS OF NOTICE, WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING.

If 22Service terminates or suspends your Account, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new Account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Licenses to Third-Party Software

You may be granted a license (or sublicense) under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or other similar open-source licenses for certain third-party software included in 22VPN. Such licenses allow you to copy, modify, and redistribute the third-party software in accordance with their respective terms, and to obtain its source code.

If such licenses require provision of source code, 22Service will provide it upon request to [email protected]. Where such licenses grant rights greater than those in these Terms, those rights prevail.

14. Miscellaneous

(1) Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the free zone in which 22SERVICE LLC-FZ is registered, without reference to conflicts-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall, unless settled by direct negotiation, be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in the United Arab Emirates in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) or the equivalent arbitration body of the relevant free zone. Any award rendered shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this section prevents 22Service or you from seeking equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

(2) Apple-specific terms

If you obtained 22VPN through the Apple App Store, you and 22Service acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and 22Service only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for 22VPN or its content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to 22VPN. Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them.

(3) Google-specific terms

If you obtained 22VPN through the Google Play Store, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for 22VPN.

(4) Entire agreement and non-waiver

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the EULA, contain the complete agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written. Failure or delay by 22Service to exercise any right is not a waiver of that right.

(5) Restriction on amendments

No 22Service partner, agent, or employee of a partner is authorized to make any amendment to these Terms. Any conflict between these Terms and any separate terms provided by a partner shall be resolved in favor of these Terms.

(6) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

(7) No use where prohibited

Access and use of the Account, the Website, and the App are unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms.

(8) Assignment

You may not assign any rights or delegate any duties under these Terms to any third party without prior written consent by 22Service. Any purported assignment lacking such consent will be void. 22Service may assign all or part of its rights and/or duties under these Terms at any time and in its sole discretion, with notice published on the Website.

(9) Period for bringing actions

No action arising out of these Terms may be brought by either party more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued, except an action for infringement of intellectual property rights, which may be brought within the maximum applicable statutory period.
